This site and the attached shop only sell digital scrapbooking products. Therefore, you will never receive a shipped item from nellyandclem. Any purchases you make will be sent to you digitally to download for personal use

As the products sold at nellyandclem are digital files, we are unable to offer returns or refunds for any purchases. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us by using the email address under the Contact Us page

Store Policy

The Information You Need to Know

When you purchase a digital product from nellyandclem, you are agreeing to a limited-use personal license, see the wording below for a breakdown of what is allowed/not allowed

You can use my designs in the following ways:

​

  • You can use my designs for your own scrapbooking pages and projects, both digital and hybrid

  • You can use my designs in layouts that are posted to online galleries and other social media outlets including, sites like Facebook, Instagram or Flickr. Although crediting nellyandclem is not a requirement, it is appreciated as I rely on word of mouth to promote my small business

  • You can submit layouts created with my products to magazines and other publications. Again, please can you credit nellyandclem with the element and/or kit name when submitting to magazines. If you would like to link to a website, please use the following link address: www.nellyandclem.co.uk

  • You can copy my files to external hard drives and computers that are owned and used expressly by you for digital scrapbooking purposes, this does not include computers that are used by other digital scrapbookers or people who would use my designs other than your immediate family (spouse, children living in the same household etc)

  • You can make DVD or CD backups of my files to store solely for your own use. These backups may not be shared with any other person outside of your immediate family

You cannot use my designs in the following ways:

  • You cannot claim any of the images in my store as your own whether altered or unaltered

  • You cannot redistribute my designs in any way e.g. please don't sell them at craft fairs or online

  • You cannot create brushes or tubes from my work to offer for sale or free

  • You cannot use my designs for anything harmful, that includes pornographic, obscene, racial material

  • You cannot upload my designs to any webpage for download/send them through Google, Yahoo etc

  • You cannot make templates from my work and offer them for sale or free under any circumstances
